I  began my journey into the taste of water by spending over a decade offering an expertise in water treatment. Working at over 100 municipalities, restaurants, hotels, wineries, and breweries across the United States, I honed my taste of various waters and sources. Embracing my love for the various flavors of water I became a certified water sommelier and am the founder of the international organization waterguild.org which is comprised of the leading water sommeliers from around the world.
